Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of the CodeFreedom documentation site, repository, and released software artifacts.

Open source license

CodeFreedom source code is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. These site terms complement that license and do not replace it. If there is a conflict, the Apache 2.0 license controls the use of the source code itself.

Informational use

The documentation is provided for general technical information. You are responsible for reviewing the project, its configuration, and any third-party tools or providers before using CodeFreedom in your environment.

No warranty

CodeFreedom is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Third-party services

CodeFreedom integrates with third-party tools and providers such as Docker, LiteLLM, GitHub, model providers, and code agents. Their products, policies, uptime, and terms are outside the control of this project. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with their terms and privacy policies.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site or project materials in a way that is unlawful, abusive, or intended to interfere with the operation of the documentation site, repository, or related services.

Security and responsible disclosure

If you discover a security issue in CodeFreedom, report it through the repository's security reporting process. See the project Security Policy.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the project, documentation, or distribution methods change. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.
